William "Billy" Harris Hayslett

William "Billy" Harris Hayslett, Jr., 49, of Buchanan, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He is survived by his son, Michael Edward Hayslett of Mississippi; parents, William, Sr. and Carolyn Hayslett of Buchanan; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Earl Hawk of Myrtle Beach, SC; nephew, RJ Williams of Pasadena, MD; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Special thanks to Carilion Hospice, especially Alan Mabry, for their tender and loving care. Funeral services will be held 10am Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Pastor Eugene Mills officiating. Interment will follow in High Bridge Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation, please make it to the Carilion Hospice. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7pm Friday, December 12, 2014 at Botetourt Funeral Home, Buchanan 540-254-3000.
