Wayne Lee Painter, Jr., 63, of Buchanan, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Lee Painter, Sr; grandparents, Hurcil and Phyllis McDaniel, Elsie and Bruce Painter; and step-sister, Dawn Reed.

He is survived by his wife, Tamara “Tammy” Painter, mother, Marie Burge; daughter and son-in-law, Whitney and Nathan Smith; son, Devin Painter and fiancé, Virginia; step-son, Johnny Crowe; step-daughters, Julia and Rachel Crowe; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Mary Painter; sister and brother-in-law, Priscilla and Mike Bailey; step-brother, Phillip McCullough; special brother-in-law, John Shelton; grandchildren, Kendall, Braylon, Mathias, Cayde, Ryker, Cora, Mariah, Ellowyn, Leatt, Laegan, and Jacob, uncles, Clarence McDaniel and Jimmy Painter; fur babies, Daisy and Ollie; and numerous nieces and nephews
