Shirley Tolley Moore

Shirley Tolley Moore, 76, of Glasgow, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021. She was preceded in death by first husband, Ronnie Tolley; second husband, Gary Moore; parents, Roy and Willie Mae Reid; brother, Wayne Reid; and favorite son-in-law, Eddie Powell. Shirley could paint a car better than any man in Botetourt County and was cashier at Natural Bridge Shell for many years. She is survived by her daughters, Becky Tolley-Fowler; Roxanna Tolley Reid; granddaughters, Kasey Powell and Maddy Reid; sister-in-law and best friend, Judy Vess; and special fur babies, Frances and Daisy.
