Shelvy Jean Cooper Raborn, 82 of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019. She married Joseph Randolph Raborn, Jr. January 28, 1957. Including her husband, she is survived by five of their six children and 12 grandchilding residing from the state of Florida to Virginia. Funeral Services are tentatively being planned at McNeil Funeral Home in Augusta, Georgia for Friday, October 4, 2019. She will be buried next to her oldest child in Westview Cemetery.
