Roxanna Nicole Carter, 41, formerly of Buchanan passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026. She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Hearn, father, Jr Carter, and grandmother, Janie Deacon.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Hoyt; children, Tyler Crabb, Hailey Hoyt, and Nathaniel Hoyt; grandfather, Kenton Deacon; and numerous other family members.
