Robert Lee Ayers

Robert Lee Ayers, 64, of Natural Bridge, passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2010. He was preceded in death by his father, Lackey Ayers; son, Buckie Ayers; and sister, Virginia Mae Ayers. He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Debbie Ayers and fiance', Mack Caldwell, Sr., Donna and Billy Snuffer; grandchildren, Evie Ayers, Billy Snuffer, Jr., Michelle Snuffer, Robbie Ayers Blankenship, Cody Ayers, Daniel Ayers,; mother, Margaret Ayers; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Billie Ayers, Donnie Ayers, Lacey "Junior" Ayers, sisters, Bessie Kirby and Margaret Thompson; former wife and caregiver, Joyce Dudley; and nieces, Ann and Kenneth Sage, and Sue Burke. Memorial Services will be held 11 am Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony Nix officiating. Interment will follow in Rapps Mill Cemetery.
