Rebecca Ann Mott Crouch

Rebecca "Becky" Ann Mott Crouch, 67, of Buchanan, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of more than 30 years, Robert "Bob" Turner Crouch; her beloved fur baby, Prissy; and her parents, Pierre Robert Mott and Laura Jean Kalendrut Mott. Becky dedicated many years of service to her community, having worked as a housekeeper at Roanoke Memorial Hospital and later at Groendyk in Buchanan. She had a creative spirit and found great joy in arts and crafts, especially knitting beautiful blankets that became treasured gifts for her family and friends. She also had a special love for flowers and found happiness in their beauty. Above all, Becky treasured her family. She leaves behind countless cherished memories with those who loved her most. Left to honor and cherish her memory are her devoted son and daughter-in-law, John and Shantelle Crouch; her sisters, Debbie Vogt (Tim), Reneé Martinez (Don), Nancy Martin, Roberta Kennelley, and AnnMarie Helinski (Bill); her brother, Pierre "Butch" Mott; her grandchildren, Brenden Lutz, Laurin Pugh, and Turner Crouch; her sisters- and brother-in-law, Sue Hickman, Della Woodson, JeHugh Crouch, and Patricia Monteith; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Jeff McGraw, Jennifer McGraw, Rebecca Denhoff, Karen Bierer, and Connie Letchford. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. A funeral service celebrating Becky's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026, in the funeral home chapel, with David Petty & I. Ray Sloan officiating.
