Phyllis Elaine Paxton, 71, of Buchanan, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Michelle Freshwater; Lisa and Michael Moore; grandchildren, Jennifer and Rachel Freshwater; Annabelle, Penley, and Miriam Moore; sister, Peggy Ballard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
