Penelope "Penny" Raye Obenshain Davis

Penelope “Penny” Obenshain Davis, 71, of Fincastle, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Margaret Obenshain; and brother, Cary Obenshain. Survivors include her significant other of over 30 years, Danny Tucker; daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Claude Campbell, Jr.; granddaughter, Olivia Campbell; Danny’s son, Andy Rost; sister-in-law, Patty Obenshain; and pet companions, Ursula and Nicole.
