Norma Jean Merritt Conner

Norma Jean Merritt Conner, 77, of Vinton formerly of Buchanan, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Conner; son, Ronald Eric White; and father, Melvin Merritt; and, mother Viola Cook. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie White (Mike); grandsons, Eric (Melissa), Corey (Lauren), Chris, and Tyler; great-granddaughter, McKenzie; special "daughter", Dreama Goad; sisters, Sue Mundy and Ada Hellige; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 3-4pm with funeral services at 4pm Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Boone officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in High Lawn Memorial Park.
