Noel M. Allison

Noel M. Allison, 82, of Buchanan, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by parents, James and Edith Allison; sisters, Regina Johnson and Carol Barbrow; and brother-in-law, Cyril McCaffery.He was an avid outsdoorsman, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tinkering, and never met a stranger. Noel was also a veteran and served his country in the US Army. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Laura Morrow Allison; daughters, Suzanne Allison, Sherry Moran and husband, Mark; grandchildren, Travis and Kim McKinney, Ryan Moran, Dylan Moran, Brooke Moran; great-grandson, Tyler McKinney, sisters, Patricia McCaffery, Nancy (Jim) Shipp; Jamie (Rick) Bailey; and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Visitation will be held from 4-6pm with memorial services at 6pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Naff officiating.
