Marshall Wayne Layman, 78, of Buchanan, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodie Earl and Rebecca Virginia Layman; sister, Pat L. Turner; and brother, Joe Layman.
He is survived by his son, Jerry Wayne Layman; sister, Carolyn L. Hambrick; sister-in-law, Nancy Layman; niece, Teresa Locke Cain; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 12 pm, Friday, March 20, 2026, in Fairview Cemetery, on Fairview Street, Buchanan, VA, with Teresa Rothwell officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.botetourtfh.com or 540-254-3000.
