Lloyd Richard Shupe

Lloyd Richard Shupe, 83, of Buchanan, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018. Lloyd was a US Army veteran and retired as a Surveyor for many years with Robertson-Fowler Construction. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Mae Brown Shupe; parents, Clyde Johnson Shupe and Mildred Irene Rhyne Shupe; and brothers, C.J., Russell, and Ronald Shupe. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Tresa Shupe Sandidge and Rodney Sandidge of Buchanan; granddaughter, Amanda Sandidge of Buchanan; sisters, Linda Catron of Roanoke and Joyce Waller of Wytheville. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 4 to 6 pm at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, Va. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 2, 2018 at 12:30 pm in West End Cemetery, 300 Sherwood Forest Road, Wytheville, VA.
