Lawrence V. Persinger, 95, of Eagle Rock, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Bateman Persinger; son, Lawrence K. Persinger; daughter, Donna M. Neal; and 3 brothers. He is survived by sister, Lucille Dudding of New Castle; children, Betty Sharon Frayser, Karen E. Bridgewater, Gregory A. Persinger, Ernest D. Persinger; companion, K.
