Kenneth Barry Owen

Kenneth Barry Owen, 70, of Fincastle formerly of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth "Jimmie" and Wanda Owen; and sister and brother-in-law, Carol Ann and Dickey Kelly. He was a longtime car salesman working at Magic City Ford and Berglund Bedford. He is survived by his sisters, Debbie Owen and Cathy Downs; and numerous other relatives. His graveside service will be held privately at Mill Creek.
