Katrina Deacon Pelton

Katrina Ann Deacon "Kay" Pelton, 52, of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012. Survivors include her husband, Eric Pelton of Buchanan; father and mother, Larry Alton and Patricia Ann Shanks Deacon of Lexington; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Kelli Deacon of Sevierville, Tennessee; nephew, Luke Deacon; and her precious kitties, Smokey and Spot. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Tabor officiating. Interment will follow in Rapps Mill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, 254-3000.
