Kathleen Marie Keith

Kathleen “Kathy” Marie Keith, 61, of Buchanan, passed away on March 30, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Louise Thompson; sisters, Arlene Price and Linda Wolf; and brother David Thompson.

Kathy retired from Lowe’s after 31 of service. She enjoyed her work and work family. If something needed to be found, she did it with a smile. She loved spending time at the beach in Pensacola, Fl.; but most importantly time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carlita and Darrell; son and girlfriend, Shawn and Destiny; grandchildren, Zackary, Tessa, Luke, and one on the way; and many dear friends. Special thanks to her caregivers, Shawn, Kim and Ruth; Carilion Hospice; and all those who showed their support during this difficult time.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 2 to 6 pm at the Botetourt Event Center, 14860 Lee Hwy., Buchanan, VA 24066. Kathy would prefer casual dress. Online condolences may be made at www.botetourtfuneralhome.com or 540-254-3000.
