Karen Marie Linkenhoker Juba

Karen Marie Linkenhoker Juba, 68, of Buchanan, passed away on Tuesday, January

14, 2025. Karen was a librarian for James River High School and a qualified

Certified Nursing Assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 43

years, Stephen L. Juba, Sr,; son, Stevie Juba, Jr.; and parents, Haden B. and

Contance Hampsey Linkenhoker. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law,

Nicholas and Chalee Juba; grandchildren, Laci and Gage; step-children, Carol Ann

Juba and Brian Juba; step-grandchildren, Jessica and Griffen Piotrowski and Brandon Juba; sisters,

Connie Botkin, Pat and Ralph Mundy, and Mary Lynn and Ronnie Heylinger;

brother, Richard Linkenhoker; brother-in-law, Roger and Marlene Juba; and

numerous nieces and nephews. Karen’s Memorial Gathering will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on

Saturday, January 25, 2025, in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home.
