Joyce Painter Grant, 69, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Frances Painter. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tressa and Steve Floyd of Lexington; sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Michele Grant of Glasgow; Butch and Theresa Grant of Lexington; grandchildren, Stacey and Markus Ruley, Dakota Grant, Josh and Jenn Grant, and Dusty (Brianna) Grant; sister, Judy Painter of Buchanan; father of her children, Lyle Grant; and pet granddogs, Sassy and Bandit. Graveside services will be held 2pm Friday, December 21, 2012 in Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Kelly Dampeer officiating. Arrangements by Botetourt Funeral Home, Buchanan, 254-3000.
