Joseph William Harper, 59, of Troutville passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Zelpha Harper, half-brother, John Morris, Sr.; and sister-in-law, Darlene Patsel.
He is survived by his brothers, James Patsel and Jack Harper; niece, Jennifer Patsel; nephews, Jason and John Morris, Jr.; and numerous friends.
Memorial Services will be held 1:30pm Saturday, May 11, 2024 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home.
