Joseph Wade Noel, 45, of Fincastle, passed away Monday, March 5, 2018. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elbert Noel, Ted Agnor, and Frank and Gertrude Dudley. He is survived by his mother, Lois Dudley Noel; father and step-mother, Charles Noel and Barbara Smith; grandmother, Sarah Agnor; step-sister, Theresa Weishaupt; uncle, Lewis Wayne Dudley; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friend, Heather White. A memorial gathering will be held at 6pm Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. 540-254-3000
