Joseph "Joe" Spencer Tolley, 28, of Lexington, SC and formerly Buchanan, passed away Monday, January 1, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Brianna Weed Tolley; sons, Landon, Cove, and Zane Tolley; mother, Brenda Ramsey Tolley; father, Nelson Tolley; sisters, Melissa (Anthony) Linkenhoker and Deanna (Mickey) Steppe; brother, Sonny Tolley; grandmother, Rena Tolley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bruce and Louise Weed; niece and nephew, Callah and Wyatt Steppe; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his military family. Memorial Services will be held 11am Saturday, January 13, 2018 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Marina Gopadze and Rev. Dave Mucha officiating.
