Jerrold Douglas Radford

Jerrold Douglas Radford, 60, of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011. Jerrold was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, he was loved and will be sadly missed. He was the Manager of Arcadia Shell for a number of years. Preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Violet Underwood Radford and brother, Ronnie Radford. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Elizabeth Marie Radford; daughters, Joyce Ann (Joe) Lugar, Samantha (Stull) Watts, all of Buchanan; sons, Jesse Allen Goff of Buchanan, John (Dorothy) Thompson of Bedford; grandchildren, Korey Watts, Angel Thompson, and Kayla Thompson; brother, Stanley Radford of Glasgow; sister, Patricia Hayslett of Laurel, MD; sisters-in-law, Nancy Lennebecker and Betty Ann Radford; numerous nieces and nephews including John Lennebecker, Vicky and James Campbell, Missy and Allen Newcomb. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Thursday, May 12, 2011 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 8pm. Interment will be private.
