Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" Welch, 66, of Buchanan, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Skillen "Junior" and Janie Ann Landes Welch and brother, Kevin Welch. He is survived by his son, Brandon Welch; and grandchildren, Ryleigh, Bronson, Grayson, and Janie Welch. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
