Janice Ripley Green

Janice Ripley Green, 76, of Fincastle, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2013. Mrs. Green was a lifelong member of the Zion Hill Baptist Church in Fincastle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank James Ripley and Sallie Mae Wells Ripley Hylton Campbell; and son, Frank Joey Green. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Ted Allen Green Sr; son and daughter-in-law, Teddy A., Jr. and Nancy Green of Fincastle; granddaughter, Alicia Via; and step-grandson, Diego Gonzalez; and aunt, Mary and Clovis Akers of Salem. Mrs. Green's services will begin with a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 10:30 to 12:00 am in the Zion Hill Baptist Church, 2256 Zion Hill Road, Fincastle, VA, her funeral service will begin at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Lee McIntosh and Rev. Jesse Howard officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery
