James "Jimmy" Stuart Hickman

James "Jimmy" Stuart Hickman 78, of Richmond formerly of Buena Vista, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Bessie Hickman. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Deanna "Tussie" RamseyHickman; numerous special cousins and their families; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Louty Ramsey; Brenda R. Tolley; Ronnie and Sherry Ramsey; Sandra Anderson; Sharon Camden; Chris and Tiffany Ramsey; numerous nieces and nephews including, Travis, Melissa, and Deanna; "special babies" great-niece and nephew, Callah and Wyatt Steppe; many other relatives and friends; and their special kitty babies. Visitation will be held from 12-1pm with services at 1pm on Monday, February 25, 2019 in the chapel of Bolling, Grose, and Lotts in Buena Vista with the Chaplain Ray Sloan officiating.
