James Burhman Booze

James Burhman Booze, 75, of Fincastle passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017. James was a US Army Veteran, a Shock Trauma Tech with Fincastle Rescue Squad, and a Master Auto Technician with General Motors working with Bolton's in Fincastle and Valley Cadillac in Roanoke. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Viola Mae Falls Booze. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Shirley Ann Minnix Booze; daughter Jamie (Phillip) Edwards of Dallas, Texas; step-children, Dwayne (Pat) Thomas of Roanoke, Glenn (Tammy) Thomas of Selma, Sandra (David) Moran of Fincastle; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six brothers; and three sisters. The family is honoring James' wishes of having no services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fincastle Fire and Rescue, 25 Vine Street, Fincastle, VA 24090.
