Glen Alexander Taylor

Glen Alexander Taylor, 70, of Tularosa, New Mexico, formerly of Fincastle, VA passed away Friday, October 25, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Alexander and Dorothy Riddle Taylor; brother-in-law, Willie S. Guthrie and numerous aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish his memory is his brother, Jimmy Lee Taylor; sisters and brother-in-law Betty Lynn Guthrie; Sandy and Flip Groggins; all of New Mexico; Special friends, Andy Goad, Lynn Meador of VA; and numerous cousins.

Glen enjoyed working at Wendy's in Roanoke VA for 15 years where he made many friends before retiring to NM to a porch full of rockers and lots of sunshine.

Visitation will be held from 1-2pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 with funeral services at 2pm at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Ronk officiating.
