George Edward Flint, Jr.

George “Pat” Edward Flint, Jr, 92, died peacefully at home on Sunday, April 18, 2021. He was preceded in death by his son, George K “Georgie” Flint; daughter, Debbie F. Breedlove; parents, George E. Flint, Sr. and Lona Rae Flint; brothers, Walter “Bill” Flint, Howell “Mike” Flint, and Scott Montgomery; sister, Eggie Flint; nephew, William “J.W.” Montgomery. George is survived by Lois C. Flint, his wife of 67 years. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ryan Collings and Rachel Breedlove; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, James “Jim” Flint; many friends and family; and special thanks to Heartland Hospice Care and Veteran’s Administration Home Health Care. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan. Pat’s funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. in our Chapel with Pastor Mason Jordan officiating. Interment will follow in Lithia Baptist Church Cemetery.
