Frank Hawkins, 84, of Buchanan, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Mildred and Carl Mosser of Buchanan. Interment will be held in Nutter Cemetery, Smithville, West Virginia. Faigul Funeral Home, Harrisville, WV handling arrangements.
