Elmer Benny Blevins

Elmer Benny Blevins, 62, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brady and Elsie Blevins; sisters, Nancy Johnson, Mary Greer, Patsy Arnold, and Margarette Halley; and special friend, George Garrett. Benny graduated from Lebanon High School and attended Ferrum College. He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Delmer Blevins of Lebanon; Grady and Tonie Blevins of North Carolina; Johnny and Martha Blevins of Lebanon; sisters and brother-in-law, Betty Smith of Lebanon; and Brenda and Mike Monaghan of Buchanan; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
