Edna Vest Ramsey

Edna Vest Ramsey, 92, of Buena Vista, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Ramsey, parents, Emmett and Lillian Dale Vest, daughter, Ann "Becky" Kennedy, brothers, Clarence, Elliott, and Erskine Vest; and sisters, Geraldine, Calli, and Lillian Madison. She is survived by her children and spouses, Deanna and Jimmy Hickman of Richmond; Brenda and Nelson Tolley of Buchanan; Sandra and Henry Anderson; Sharon Camden and her son, Travis; Wayne and Lou Ramsey all of Buena Vista; Ronnie and Sherry Ramsey of Buchanan; Chris and Tiffany Ramsey of Buena Vista; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren with two on the way, one great-great grandson; numerous nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Cody. Funeral Services will be held 11am, Saturday, July 7, 2012 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Buena Vista with the Bisop Jan-Erik Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm at Boling, Grose, and Lotts in Buena Vista.
