Doris Tolley Smith, 83, of Buchanan, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Smith; parents, Joseph and Gladys Tolley; son, Bobby “Crow” Painter; and granddaughter, Phadrae Carter. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Marty Layne; sister, Judy Vest; sisters-in-law, Rena Tolley and Dixie Tolley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
