Craig Bryson Simkins

Craig Bryson Simkins, 61, of Eagle Rock, passed away Friday, September 4, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred E. and Mary Jane Kelly Simkins.

Craig retired as a maintenance man of an apartment complex. He loved woodworking, animals, skeet shooting, his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Victoria Dale Simkins; son, Craig, Jr. and Sara Simkins; daughter, Nyssa Marie and Jimmy Dirado; Matthew Hughes, Justin Hughes, Aaron Hughes and girlfriend, Aissa Hernandez, and Amanda and Christian Walker

Grandchildren, Myra, Kelce, Hailey, Addison, Aiko, Anakin, and Etta James.

Brother, Scott and Kristi Simkins, sister, Amy and Greg Haass.

A memorial service will be held in the Eagle Rock Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, Saturday, September 12, 2026 beginning at 11:00 am with Pastor Ray Sandifer officiating. The family will hold a reception at Shiloh Community Center following the service. Burial will be private.
