Cary William Obenshain, 73, of Fincastle, passed away Thursday November 12, 2020. Mr. Obenshain was an owner/operator of gas stations in Troutville, Plantation Road, Wildwood Road, Apperson and Brandon Roads. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia Young Obenshain; sons, Christopher D. Obenshain of Charlottesville, and Derek R. Obenshain of Troutville; daughter, Kimberly A. Fickey of Troutville; grandson, Caleb Snyder and granddaughter, Riley Fickey; sister, Penny Davis of Troutville. A gathering of friends and family will be held from 3 to 5 pm on Sunday, November 15, 2020 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, VA 24066. Burial will be private.
