Barbara Wymer

Barbara Jean Wymer, 88, of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Wymer, Jr.; daughter, Yvonne Graham; parents, Walter and Ruby McAllister; sister, Delores Newcomb; and brother, Gary Lee McAllister.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Esther "Bunny" Reid and Paul; sons and daughters-in-law, Willliam Henry Wymer, III and Cheryl, Dennis Wymer and Carole; son-in-law, Thomas Graham; very special granddaughters, Chrissy Graham, Ashley Smith, and Megan Duty; grandsons, Tommy and Jonathan Reid, and TJ Graham; great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephen, Brantley, Amelia, Maggie, Emory, Charlotte and Riley; brothers, Cecil and Glenwood McAllister; sister, Teresa Patterson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1-2pm with funeral services at 2pm Wednesday, October 1, 2025 in Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren with Pastor Michael Tabor officiating. Interment will follow in Rapps Mill Cemetery.
